Wednesday, August 4, 2027 – DEPARTURE FROM THE USA Depart the United States for Johannesburg, South Africa. Relax aboard your international flight as you begin your journey to one of Africa’s most dynamic destinations.
Thursday, August 5, 2027 -ARRIVAL IN JOHANNESBURG –Arrive at O.R. Tambo International Airport, where guests will be met by a local representative and privately transferred to the Sandton area of Johannesburg. Guests will proceed to their independently arranged hotel accommodations and have the remainder of the day to relax.
Important: Hotel accommodations from August 5–11 are not included in the package price.
Friday, August 6, 2027 – JOHANNESBURG CITY & SOWETO EXPERIENCE
Enjoy a full-day introduction to Johannesburg and Soweto. Begin at Constitution Hill, continue through notable Johannesburg landmarks and historic districts, and then travel to Soweto.

Saturday, August 7, 2027 – PILANESBERG NATIONAL PARK SAFARI & SUN CITY – At 6:30
a.m., depart Johannesburg for an exciting full-day excursion to Pilanesberg National Park, followed by a visit to Sun City. Search for the legendary Big Five — lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo — along with giraffe, zebra, hippo, antelope, and numerous bird species. After the safari, continue to Sun City, one of South Africa’s best-known resort destinations, before returning to Johannesburg. Overnight: Sandton Area, Johannesburg.
Sunday, August 8 – Wednesday, August 11, 2027 – 40TH BIENNIAL CONVENTION – Guests will participate in scheduled 40th Biennial Convention activities. The program will remain flexible during the convention period to accommodate official meetings, services, programs, and other scheduled activities. Overnight: Sandton Area, Johannesburg
THURSDAY, AUGUST 12, 2027 – TWO TRAVEL OPTIONS

Those wishing to conclude their journey will depart Johannesburg for the United States on this day. Airport transfer arrangements will be coordinated according to the confirmed international flight schedule.
OPTION 2 — CONTINUE TO CAPE TOWN – Estimated Range: $4,898.00–$5,199.00
Those continuing their South African journey will transfer to O.R. Tambo International Airport for the domestic flight to Cape Town. Upon arrival, the group will be met and privately transferred to the hotel. In the evening, guests will gather for a special Cape Town Welcome Dinner. Meals Included: Dinner Overnight: Cape Town
CAPE TOWN EXPERIENCE
Friday, August 13, 2027 – SIMON’S TOWN • BOULDERS BEACH • KIRSTENBOSCH
At 8:00 a.m., depart Cape Town for a scenic journey along the False Bay coastline to Simon’s Town. Continue to Boulders Beach, famous for its colony of African penguins, before visiting the magnificent Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden.
Subject to operating conditions, guests may also experience the Boomslang Tree Canopy Walkway, offering elevated views across the gardens. Meals Included: Breakfast

Begin the day at the Nelson Mandela Gateway at the V&A Waterfront for the ferry to historic Robben Island. The program also features Stellenbosch and the Cape Winelands, an area celebrated for its spectacular mountain scenery, Cape Dutch architecture, historic buildings, galleries, restaurants, and internationally recognized wine estates.
