Reservations & Payments
A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. All prices are subject to change until the deposit has been received. Final payment is due by the date specified on your invoice. Failure to make payments by the required deadlines may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of applicable deposits.
Cancellations & Refunds
Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation penalties vary depending on the destination, suppliers, airlines, cruise lines, and the date of cancellation. No refunds will be issued for unused services, missed departures, voluntary itinerary changes, or after the tour has commenced. Any approved refund is limited to the amount recovered from the applicable supplier, less any administrative fees.
Passports, Visas & Health Requirements
Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and all required travel documents. Many destinations require passports to be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the return date. Travelers denied boarding or entry due to insufficient documentation are solely responsible for any resulting expenses.
