Reservations requiring changes after confirmation will require a fee of $50.00. If the change results in a cancellation of previously confirmed services, then the following cancellation penalties will apply. If cancellation is received in writing by XIG at least 120 days prior to departure, a refund will be made, minus a $75.00 administrative fee plus the applicable supplier cancellation fees. For cancellations received within 30 days of departure a 50%-60% cancellation penalty will be imposed. No refunds will be made 7 days prior to departure. Different cancellation penalties may apply during holiday periods. Airlines, hotels or other vendors may enforce stricter cancellation penalties than those described above. In those cases, the traveler will pay the penalties the suppliers impose to us. We strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance to cover such cancellation fees. Group bookings have separate terms and conditions.
TOUR CANCELLATION PENALTIES
60 days prior to departure $275.00 - Plus charges incurred by airline, hotel and ground.
59-36 days prior to departure $425.00 - Plus charges incurred by airline, hotel and ground.
35-15 days prior to departure $475.00 - Plus charges incurred by airline, hotel and ground.
14-0 days prior to departure No refund
We reserve the right to impose additional penalties as imposed by hotels and suppliers for peak periods such as (but not limited to) Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving and New ear periods. This will be communicated at time of confirmation of booking. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuation in currency exchange rate.

RESPONSIBILITY
Arrangements for the tour have been
made by Xodus International Group, the tour operator. Xodus International
Group has engaged the services of airlines, hotels, transport and
sightseeing companies which are not its employees or agents. All tickets
and coupons are issued subject to any and all terms which govern such
means of transportation or services as offered and the insurance and
acceptance of such tickets and vouchers shall be deemed consent to the
further condition that Xodus International Group shall not become liable
or responsible for any loss, injury or damage to or in respect of any
person or property.
The tour member specifically waives any claims against
Xodus International
Group for any damage to or loss of property or injury or death of persons
due to any act of negligence of any person rendering services and
accommodations set forth in the itinerary or substitution of services
which in their sole opinion or in the opinion of the ground operator are
dictated by the prevailing circumstances. This is to include a withdrawal
of the tour, cancellation of specific members, alterations or
accommodations should conditions warrant. All rates are based on tariffs
in effect at the time the tour was planned and are subject to change in
the event of adjustment therein.
No refund can be made unless agreed to prior to the departure of the tour.
Refunds, if any, are limited to the amounts recovered from the hotels and
operators of services and are payable only when received. We also reserve
the right not to accept or continue with a participant who affects the
enjoyment or rights of other group members. This agreement is solely
between the participant and Xodus International Group.
